Terms of stay
The cost of the stay can be found in the booking form, and you can choose between:
- 2 large eco lodges with kitchen (for 4 people, extendable up to 6 with using the sofa bed in the kitchen) with breakfast included and use of the swimming pool in the summer
- a small eco lodge (for 2 people) with breakfast included and use of the swimming pool in the summer
The total amount does not include any additional costs (e.g., extras to be paid in the event of more than 4 people in the large house, what is consumed in the farmhouse, etc.).
If the balance of the booking is not paid within the expected terms (30 days before check-in), the facility will not consider the booking accepted.
Cancellation poliy
No deposit will be required on the day you book; the total payment for your stay will be requested 30 days before the booking date.
Otherwise, you can choose a non-refundable booking with immediate payment and a 5% discount on the total.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in at Brambui is possible from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. At different times, our agrarian family is busy in the fields, and with the activities of the farmhouse, we kindly ask you to understand.
If you plan to arrive earlier, we will be happy to provide you with directions to explore the surroundings; just ask us for information!
Free check-out is required by 10:30 am. It is possible to use the swimming pool even on the day of departure, requesting a late check-out at 6:00 pm (with an extra total cost of €50 per room, after checking the availability of the room the day before your departure).
